Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or changes to registrations must be made in writing via email to: cialacibu2023@bcocongresos.com
- Cancellations of registrations received before August 1, 2023, will be entitled to a full refund except for a 30 USD handling fee.
- Cancellations received after August 2, 2023, will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be made after the end of the Congress.
