- Name changes are free of charge and always depend on hotel availability.
- Cancellations or reductions of nights up to September 10th will incur a cost of 50% of the reservation.
- From September 11th onwards, cancellations or reductions of nights will not be refunded.
- In case of cancellation of the congress by the organization for reasons of force majeure, there will be a full refund of the reservation.
- Refunds will be subject to a 2% administrative fee.
